I can't download the game

Whenever I click "Play game" It doesn't do anything at all. It's been like this for quite some time now and I still have the same problem. It says that it's already in my game library (Maybe because I tried downloading it in the past but experienced the same problem (?) )

Any solution to this one?

go to your game library, right click on elsword>proprieties>local files and verify file integrity..

it should fix whatever file is broken, if it's still borked after that your pc might have issues.

So you have NO shortcuts to Elsword? In your library, desktop, or even anywhere PC at all? And you can access the store page fine, but once you click on Play Game is doesnt work?

Yes it doesn't have a shortcut in my desktop, library, or even anywhere. Yes exactly!

(._.) Do you guys have an antivirus? Try shutting it off and redownloading it! OR check your firewall...it's probably being blocked...
