Like many people said, it heavily depends on your playstyle whether you want a second Skill Slot.
Also it's 350 K-ching (I think?) for only 30 days. It's 700 K-ching if you want perma.

You'll probably get the class quest once the classes get released. I'm guessing that it'll happen in 1-3 weeks.
