How to play on EU servers?

I'm tired of international and the low player base, wanna migrate to EU but can't find a straight answer that isn't from 5 years ago.

its nyot that INT is a low player base. A lot of shady people were busted 4 RMT recently. They are cracking down on them. Not just on Elsword but in other mmos. The whole RMT and gold selling world is under fire right nyow because they are being exposed. I'm just glad ive been a good cat boy and obtained my items legit.
