"No response from server"

Just installed the game. Managed to log in. After 3-5 minute, got no response from server. Not sure what the fix is.

I just had this happen to me but I managed to find a solution.

check the email your account was registered with. their system imposes a mandatory password change requirement if you've been inactive for too long and won't let you in the game until you change your password unfortunately this isn't indicated anywhere in the game so figuring it out is up to luck (of your email service not registering their mail as junk)
