This is an awnser from Elsword Customer Support:

" Please try the following instructions to be able to see if you will still encounter the same problem:

*Restart your PC and internet connection. Make sure that you’re logged in as Administrator in your PC. Also make sure that you have stable internet connection when playing/connecting to the game.

*Temporarily disable your firewall and Antivirus program before patching your game client.

*Turn off/close any programs or applications that may conflict with your connection to the game (VPN, torrent downloads/P2P applications, streaming and chat applications / websites, etc).

*Clear the cache and delete the temporary internet files of your web browsers (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google chrome, etc) then run the game client as Administrator.

hello, thanks for replay, i tried everything below but it dosn't work.

Firewall off, no VPN, temporary file deleted, running game with admintorastion level. no P2P or any application running, i can run any other game including games in steam and i done have connection issue.


anything else i can do?

wired connection? or wireless?

Tried both wirless and wired connection and as i mentioned all other games are working.
