Depends on your playstyle preference, You like doing Magical or Physical DMG? Or you like being a hybrid of both Physical and Magical? MM is Physcial player and has alot of nice ranged Special Actives and Tracer Actives pretty awesome in PvP and great in PvE.

LP is a Magical fighter and has alot of spike dmg moves and also has ranged moves as well pretty diverse in both PvE and PvP.

Diabolic Esper is Hybrid utiliziling both Phys and Magical DMG, he is pretty badass due to the fact he can gain MP and DP fairly quick and everytime u use a special active in either DP Mode or Not in DP mode he gains MP or DP fairly fast. Has alot of nice moves to catch his opponents but take care not to let your hard down though. Pretty

Indeed. MasterMind and Lunatic Psyker are not weak, but I personally believe that Diabolic Esper is the strongest.

His ability to switch his usage between MP and DP is very dangerous, and his skills are powerful.
