Gear Progression in 2020?

I found a 2018 guide that mentions Secret>Henir/Heroic>Void/Elrianode, and I was wondering what is between Secret and Henir/Heroic, if anything. I'm playing Laby and got skyrocketed to 99 super fast, but I can't seem to be able to do anything anymore? My Returning Gear is stronger than Secret pieces, but way too weak for Henir/Heroic, and I can't even do my Story or 3rd job advancement.

I'd appreciate some guidance. I also have a friend playing, but he's not a returning player.

Easiest way to get Elrianode is buy the powder required to craft the Elrianode gear at Elrianode. Then buy cheap-ish tears on the board. Make sure its the same color and not below 20 balance and fill in what you have even if you can't find the perfect destruction tear. Enhanced the armor to +7 or +8. Blue for Magic. Red for Physical. Purple for Health/Pvp. Buy the secret dungeon weapon cube(200k each lmao). Enhance it. Socket everything with Max or Crit. Your costume has sockets too. Then work on getting your void weapon//Apoc Weapon.
For your Accessories do Dimension of Sinister intent everyday 3 times. and do Gate of Darkness for the Demon Realm Energy. You can get the buff unlimited times. Farm Epic Quests- Ez Money.
Elrianode is pretty hard early.
