Is INT even worth playing in anymore?

im a returning player from around 2013-2014, seeing how much this game has changed kinda sucks but at the same time its still a fun experience, is the current INT server even worth playing? ive been seeing loads of people that say that migrating to EU or NA is a better option than playing in the bizarre landscape of current INT and wanted to know the general opinion of the public
