Won't download file data036.kom?

So I was trying to download elsword from both steam and KoG and it won't load file data036.kom on this computer but I tried it on a friend's computer and it worked fine. It just loops the downloading from 0-100% and won't actually download it. Any help for getting it to actually download? I tried downloading the file seperately and putting it in the data file, but it deletes it upon loading the game. Thanks!

I tried using the manual patcher, but whenever I load the game it deletes the data036.kom file and replaces it with a data036.kom.tmp that never finishes downloading. Thanks though.

Head into your Elsword folder, open the data folder, find that specific Kom file and delete any file that is relatable to it.

If you get no luck with that the only thing I can suggest is to contact Elsword support at http://elswordonline.com

Sign in at the top right, after that click the Support button.
