same here, tried verifying game cache and it found some files which it repaired, but still getting the error even after a reboot.

I've had the same error for the whole day. Somehow one of my friends who plays Elsword on steam managed to get on, but I haven't been able to. Don't know what the problem is but I hope it gets fixed soon.

This was supposed to be the day i get level 60 ;-;
Now my exp medals are gonna disappear

There are a few ways to go about it
1. Verify Game Chache
2. Restart your PC
3. Reinstall the game
4. Check for viruses to see if thats messing you up

I had the same issue once i did the first 3 and it eventually worked
Also this is a you problem not many other people are having this problem you have to fix it yourself KoG wont be fixing it for you

I had to make a shortcut in my steam common files to the elsword.exe, cuz the steam one it had didn't work. Idk if that would go completely around your problem or not, but I figured it couldn't hurt to try. I have to go to the folder every time I want to play though. XD
