Its fun. Speaking as someone who utilized ElX, its a lot of fun later in the game when things are just bullet spongey.
All those solos of henir? those are mostly cheaters.

EL X is an old trainer - a program that lets you cheat. Its long since defunct as the author hated how he was treated by entitled little pricks who demanded instant patches every time elx got beat by kog.

generally you want to run infinite HP/mana/0CD. you still kill things at a realistic pace that way.
