Account is not activated

I tried many times to log in but still didn't detect my steam account.. it still say your account is not activated .. i already received comfirmation email and still same someone got this issues?

When was the last time you logged in? That could be the cause. Because if you don't log in for a long period of time, they lock your account so that there won't be any suspicious activity on it or they think you're a bot/spam account. But it could also mean you got banned (just a speculation)...so you should send a ticket and ask them what's going on with your account

Problem is I'm not even sure how to do that. I played for less than an hour a long time ago and now I can't login through Steam, it tells me to check my e-mail but nothing came through (yet).

Well there are a lot of fake accounts on Elsword that are used for botting only (which ends up being the lower leveled accounts, as it's more quicker to level now). So it's less suspicious if you have high character levels to show that you're not a bot. If you remember the email that you used, you should reset your password to something that you can remember (idk if you did a password reset, but it should work unless you used a different email). From there you can send them a ticket concerning your account when you log in @ https://support.koggames.com/

Yeah, no problem. They probably locked your account because they thought it was suspicious (since you started playing for a short time and never touched it again for a while). So they maybe assumed that you were a spam/bot account.
