How to unseal or remove the seal on item?

As the title. I don't know how to remove the seal of an item I bought on board. I tried google but some pages died, and others didn't help.

those are el tear fragments, you cannot equip them. If you have elrianode armor piece, go meet Denif npc and use his el tear assembly to add the effects from the el tear to the armors.
You can get elrianode armor set by doing elrianode main story quests.

Each armor has 4 slots for 4 types of el tear, balance, destruction, proficiency and transformation. If all your armors equipped with 16 el tears with the same color coding, they will receive a set bonus . Blue set grants you extra magic attack, red is physical and purple is for specialized stats mainly used in pvp.
