about the pre-registration event

Hi, I got a question about the pre-registration event, for our steam user how do I register for this event?

You have to first login on KOG website: https://elsword.koggames.com/

There is a banner visible that will take you right to where you can pre-register, but because the website is weird it sometimes doesn't display. If you don't find it, it's this link: https://elsword.koggames.com/summer-update/

Okay I know if you have an account with on the KOG site then all you have to do is go there and log then click the page that talks about the pre-registration then click pre-registrar.

Now if you don't have a KOG account and just started the game through Steam then I don't know if you can.
