How do you do even do arena with Bloody Queen

I'm really frustrated because i have zero PvP experience and every time I try to play area I just get spammed to death or the other person constantly breaks out of my combos. So, does anyone have a full guide on how to be successful at PvP with a bloody queen? Tips would help but guides are preferred since, like i said, I am completely lost. Btw, I don't have any of the skills that need to be unlocked so i can't use those since i'm too lazy to do the quests and don't have money to blow on those rn.

for starters, make sure you have at least a +9 weapon, and +8 armor. Henrir, Heroic, and Elrianode/Void should all be fine.

Bread & butter elesis combos:
(while holding forward) zzz zzz
zzz>>^z zzz>>^z
zzzz>^x 1-3 times zzzz>^x 1-3 times
>>x >>x
