Depend of the ppl if any 1 sell them but you can megaphon asking for someone to sell

left click and it will show a text box empty and cuz you need reparation scroll you write that you buy em and hope any 1 that sell is watching and answer
or you can go to the forums and search if ppl sell any or make a buyng post
