I have this build with my RF for a year i dont know that this Spec A and B are, will someone explain to me what stats should i focus on my RF or what set to build ?

Well first, are you a PvP or a PvE type of player? Or are you even both?

Also, it's helpful to have more than two skill tree pages? I have one for PvP and one for PvE! So let me know if you have two or just one....(i recommend having just two for a character, but you could get 3 as well)

Spec A and B have to do with Raven's awakening, I'm pretty sure. I don't know the exact stats, but if you hover over them, it will list what it is.

Spec A and B are utterly useless on Raven. Skip those stats

minimum -> 20% speeds, 50% max, 50% crit

If you want a good set for henir, then you should focus on SDs and Heroic dungeons first, and then get good gear from them. Heroic is really RNG based, so I suggest getting good SD gear first and then spamming Heroic dungeons and doing normal Henir runs. It's take you longer, but it's pretty cheap to buy the Time and Space Crystals on the board.

It seems that i need 130 lvl on equipment for heroic dungeons and 120 for time and space at the moment with 3 pieces of Dragon set im at lvl 107

then spam SD to get stronger gear and you can rack up SD materials and sell them to get some +8 or +7 amulets and make your SD gear + item level stronger for Heroic Dungeons and Henir!

get two pieces of enhanced sd gear at least +8. it's ez to get 7+ tho lol. I'd recommend ammy at 8' (if you have money you can buy the original sd on the market, the upgraded version you need items for that but your enhancements move over to the better version)
that'll run you to 130 and you'll be able to do heroic. no one does Henrir normal btw. they do challenge which is 140 but you can try and solo c: .
tip - if u have more characters at 70 u can get more el rewards and cert, move the gear to them and you can enhance 2x faster. you can't with weapons tho. only do with the armour.
