This is short... I bought 1000 kching 6 hours ago, and I still don't have them in my account, how long will it take?

Where did you buy the K-ching? Steam ingame purchase or through the website? Btw are you a new or returning character? Cause most of the time if your old or new have to wait 30 days before making any K-Ching transaction purchases to prevent fraud

Well I always do it from the website because it's more easier and simple. I've never tried it through Steam, so I actually don't know how it works. Maybe try checking your email? They probably send a redeemable code that you can use to get the key/code.

But for how long have u been playing may i ask? If its longer then 30 days your good. Because after it asks you to add Steam Funds to your steam account and verify it, it goes through immediately. But yeah it depends if you been playing for more then 30 days my friend

Well then there's your problem my dude. If the transaction still went through and they pretty much took your money, you should send a ticket to steam supports imo if you want your money back now.

Go to: Purchases > I can't complete my purchase from the Steam store > Choose your recent purchase that shows you what you've recently spent through Steam (Click here for my example[cdn.discordapp.com]).
