Already have an account, but can't login

I've had an account with this game for a long time, I wanted to download it again and play - but for some reason I can't login. It says No response from server and then the game force closes. I can login to my account through the website no issue.

I ended up installing outside of Steam, still had the same issue. Went and checked the firewall settings (WIndows 10) and added it to Private and Public networks and was able to login. Weird issue...

WOW...REALLY? That's super strange, haha. I wouldn't have guessed it but that's awesome that you figured it out. Maybe this could be the solution for other players lol.

This could actually be a case for all Window 10 users that don't play Elsword for a long time. The client could be blocked by your firewall as suspicious content, so the server is unable to access your PC saying it's "locked". And it's kind of the same case when GMs actually lock your account for real("locked out from accessing the online server").

Some of this is pretty much hearsay from me tbh (lol), so I'm not too sure about what's going on, but I could probably ask my older brother since he's an IT manager lol.
