Depends on your playstyle, Ranged, Close attacks, Magical Damage or Burst Damage?

Physical Attack chars will be more of Raven, Elsword, Lu/Ciel (Lu is melee, Ciel is Magical/Ranged) and Elesis whichever physical attack character you choose those are the ones for you! Good Luck picking

Character who can do the highest damage for short term is Anemos (Rena) and Raging Heart (Raven). But the damage you dish out are mostly depend on your weapon tier and dps isn't gonna matter in late game since nothing gonna survive long enough to test out.
