no server response

i played it normally monday, but twesday and wednesday it started to get no response for the server... what i though was due to a maintenance in the server... but everytime i logged in for a few seconds, i saw people playing normally

Eh same problem here. Monday everything was fine and dandy, then later on I keep getting no response from server messages after 20~30 seconds logged into my character. No issues with my network, other internet stuff works fine.

that's the strangest part... my network is fine too, but i can't play... i though that my game was corrupted, but it was all ok... and sadly, i can't ask to the developers about it...

Oceania - AKL. Running on fibre cable. It really doesn't look like a network problem on my end, maybe a packaging issue. Never had this problem before until now. Just sent a ticket. I've tried searching around other forums and there are a few dozen people who are having the same problem.

Troubleshooting for "No Response from Server" Error

If you are experiencing any sudden game disconnections after receiving "No Response from Server", please ensure that there is no remote screen sharing programs running alongside with game. This is in line with our new policy.

when i play Elsword i have only it oppened...
by teway, i' playing at Brazil, opctical fiber too... but i played it monday.. so it's not the conection... that's the strangest part... i already uninstaled it, and reinstaled, and it continues with this bug

It might be something wrong with the game files. I first recommend you to try and go to customer support and make a ticket to explain what's going on.
