How can i download the game?

Hi! I have a problem, my friends in southamerica can download the game from steam, but i cant, why is that?

Im from Spain, Europe

I think your locked from joining the NA server, because you are from Europe. So you'll have to join the EU server through GameForge.

I could be wrong though, but try searching up the Elsword website online.

You are locked to NA! You friends are okay, because that's their region. But, they are locked to EU though. It's impossible for you guys to meet, unless you played from the same server. So I think you'd have to get pass the IP or buy an account online or something. I don't know how they do it.

Or maybe there's a way to get it on Steam that someone else could elaborate on, I really don't have a clue on that tbh...

go to https://elsword.koggames.com/media/ ,gameforge sucks,they'll randomly ban your sass,like they did with me ,♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥,this should be an international site,so take taht gameforge,u suk,also region locked like mugen said,youre from eu they're from na so you cant play with them on steam servers,or maybe you can ,if you see them on in friend list,and they're playing elsword ,right-click on them , then join game or launch game, ( i do hope it works), <- diz worked for me for Dc Universe Online ,i downloaded the game althought i dont see it anywhere for me on the steam store page,maybe try changing your country in steam settings? or ip? i think ip ,if you want to play in na with them,but try the official site,maybe that will work for trice of you,if they cannot make an account,make them for them,ussualy fixes some issues

Kog or more like Gameforge hate the ppl that play their games and is not Korean, Japanese or any Asian related country .-.
