how to fix this ? "no response from the server" at login game

This could be due to an IP block. Open Elsword in your Steam directory and launch "elsword" instead of ESSTEAM and see if it works.

If it doesn't then you will have to play on the Japanese servers which I believe is here. http://elsword.hangame.co.jp (I cannot access the website myself because I don't have a VPN for a Japanese IP so I have no idea what it looks like)

the error usually comes up in game when internet connection is suddenly cut off. make sure u have a stable connection.

Happened to me also. My internet is fine, it's just that ESTEAM.exe doesn't work. Probably something they should fix if they want their game on steam.

It does work on steam, you just have to run the elsword.exe app instead of directly through steam. This isn't always the case however as my little brothers are getting the same error but I'm not and I'm able to run it directly through steam. If you open up elsword.exe, it should prompt you with the ToS to accept and agree to but it does take quite a few logins.
