Can we remove Sparring Enhancement Fragments?

It's basicly made PVP the most toxic thing in existance. I always loved PVP before the update and now its made the whole "Fair game" thing into just one sided for a lot of people and with the Ain characters, you're pretty much screwed if they have the maximum sparring gear.
