Why it dosent show any higher resolution? is DSR not compatible with the game or due to the 560 ti that i still have not all games support it?
b) This is PC, ♥♥♥♥ is supposed to scale up in terms of resolution. Do you think anyone had 1080p monitors when Deus Ex came out in like 1999?
c) IT WORKS! Well, on an actual 4K tv it works, the option is there! It looks freaking glorious, too, though I guess that's to be expected :D
Anyway, I even took a couple screenshots. Steam compresses them so they look a bit bleh, but they are native 4K:

I don't know get how you can be this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ clueless about how resolution works in PC games. Did you just get baby's first Alienware laptop or something?
Oh, look, Steam Level 0. We got us an experienced PC gamer badass here.
If you pick 1080p *in-game* for Borderlands 2, though, it will render the game at native 1080p. Same with any resolution. For example, with 4K:

I think you are confused with the differences between PCs and consoles. Yeah, console games are locked at a certain output resolution and often that has to be upscaled. On PC, you can set the game to whatever resolution you want.
