I'm going to start by saying that I LOVE this game and I recommend it to everyone. The gameplay, the mix of genres — I’m really enjoying it a lot. While the controls have a few issues, nothing gets in the way of actually playing, and I'm sure they'll be fixed quickly.

I do want to leave some constructive feedback about something that really broke the immersion for me.

The map design, the sprites, the Chronomon — everything looks beautiful. But the UI is SO, so ugly that it ruins the overall aesthetic of the game. Especially considering that in this kind of farm-sim game, the UI is usually one of the most charming parts. I understand this is the work of a solo dev, and maybe design isn’t their specialty, so I truly hope the game does well enough that they can bring someone on board who's specialized in UI design to redo it and make it visually appealing. Because the game really looks incredible, and it's a shame to see that overshadowed by the interface.

Even though I think the UI needs a full overhaul, here are a few specific weak points:

*Thick borders: Several borders are rough and uneven. For example, the season and time icons have very irregular black outlines.
*Toolbar icons are not centered, and their borders are thick and clunky — same with several parts of the menu.
*Wasted space in many menus. A few specific examples:
-In the Chronomon team menu, the Chronomon look tiny and there's a lot of empty space.
-The date/time UI looks very bad, again with a lot of unused space.
*Mismatched color
*Very stiff/square window shapes
*The interface feels unpolished:
-Elements are misaligned — titles have different sizes and alignments (e.g., “Player” vs “Life Skills”). Same goes for buttons, icons, and sprites.
-It’s not very clear what’s a button and what isn’t, what can be clicked/dragged and what can’t.
-The buttons to navigate menus are very small.

It would also be great to add a menu where all tutorials and helpful tips get shown, so players can review them at any time (even just as screenshots would work). It happened to me that I accidentally closed a tutorial window and I missed part of the “How to use”.

As a minor note, here are two small things the dev might’ve missed:

*Eye color is set up incorrectly. The white part of the eye should always stay white (since it's the most visible), and only the iris changes color. Here it's reversed, and it looks odd.
*Some hairstyles look the same from the front and back, which causes issues. One of my favorites ends up looking half bald when you turn around because of this, which is pretty funny but definitely unintentional.

Again, I want to emphasize that I love the game, and this opinion it’s just in hopes of helping it improve and reach more people. My review is DEFINITELY POSITIVE, because I fully trust that the dev will polish everything once the game is stable.

I'm really looking forward to seeing the future of Chronomon!

Controls were clunky and honestly made it hard for me to even get past the first 15 minutes in game. UI and gameplay are not good imo needs a lot of improvement

The game is fun! There is a bit of jank with menus and trying to understand the UI, but the bones are excellent.

I'd recommend grabbing this one if you like farming or monster collecting. The Dev is actually working hard and has already put up a ton of updates. Instant support.
