[SOLVED] no sound/audio/voices during cutscene

Running windows 10 x64. What's weird is that I wasn't having this issue when I first bought/installed the intro pack. I had to reset windows 10 to fix another issue where windows failed to properly install updates. The reset fixed that issue, but now cutscenes have no sound in hitman.
*I've uninstalled/reinstalled realtek drivers
*I've uninstalled realtek and let windows install it's own default drivers
*Both realtek and windows sound settings are set to stereo
*I've disabled xbox crap
*I've disabled steam overlay
*uninstalled/reinstalled the game

FINALLY FOUND THE FIX: download and run the directX web installer

Hi, i hace this problem anda i can't fix.
How do You fixed? Install that and what more? Because Install they program and not solven the problem and i don't know what else do
