Hitman Paris - Speed Boat key missing

Hello! Really stuck here. The speedboat key does not show up in the museum director's study in casual and professional difficulty. Nor is it with the Novikov bodyguard. Is this a bug anyone else is experiencing?

I have done a fresh save on all casual and professional difficulties, starting from the attic, dropping down to the study, the key is never there.
