First Option:
- Completely shut-down and exit Steam.
- Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\appcache\appinfo.vdf
- Delete the file appinfo.vdf
- Re-start Steam and try again.
Second Option (I've read it in another forum and I don't know if it works, but apparently it has helped some so I'm leaving it just in case):
- Click Clear Cache in the Clear Download Cache section.
- Change Steam Download Region
- Perform a DNS Flush and Reset the Winsock Catalog
Thank you for actually trying to help. I will text these. Happy New Year! thanks again
I tried looking up a problem, and I found this: https://steamcommunity.com/app/236870/discussions/0/1815422173028053797/ Did you try what Kunovega said in the 1st reply to that discussion?
Hope it helps
