Maybe thats because Diana was killed in Absolution and as it seems, this game plays after Absolution?

That's the new voice actor from Abs. She sounded pretty much like the original (not 100% though). The real Diana is Vivienne McKee, who got replaced as Square Enix did with Jesper Kyd.

No, it hasn't been confirmed. Although I've seen it described as a 'spiritual successor' IO have stated that the game takes the franchise right back to pure 'hitman', so I doubt there will be any follow-on story as such. Perhaps using a different voice for "Diana" (she may well be a different persona in the game altogether) might be a clear way to separate the new game from its predecessors.

Diana was never killed. That was the plottwist if you finished Absolution.

He did or at least I assume that you finished it after 80+ hours.
