This the Paris level? I found a speedboat key in one of the rooms on the second floor; think it was one of the ones with the easels and desks? It was on a desk not too far from the window.

There is an outside party with balcony on second floor on the right side of palace. You can see a technician smoking on this balcony. When you climbing to this balcony you will see an open window with telescope. Key is on the desk.
