How do you get disguised as Norfolk?

So being the perfectionist that I am, I'm trying to complete all of the challenges on both tutorial missions before even beginning the Paris level. So far I've got 12 of the 13 challenges for the boat tutorial mission successfully completed. The last one I need to do is disguising myself as Norfolk and meeting with Kalvin. I have no idea how to do this, though. Since Norfolk tells Kalvin that he doesn't drink alcohol, I can't just poison his drink and take him out in the bathroom like I would with Kalvin, so how do I do it?

When he's waiting by the car at the start throw a coin behind the wall and follow and subdue him

How I did it in release version is this. Pick up the coins at the start then throw 1 near Norfolk to get the 'What that reaction?' Wait till Norfolk starts to pick up a coin and throw the 2nd this will lure him further away. The last coin chuck behind the fence to lure him out of sight of everyone then choke him and take his clothes.

Yeah I eventually figured this out myself by following him to the bar and watching it happen. Thanks for the answer, though.

I've planted the bomb at his car and blew him up. Then one police officer put Norfolk in a body bag and draged him to storage room on the ship. There I could change the clothes.
