It's in the toilets to your right when you enter the building ( from the default starting place) don't know how to get past the guard with it though

If you leave the party room with the bar out into the garden area to the right of the building and go down the steps of the patio. Walk to your left down the gravil road, there are two gaurds to the left. You walk up to them and they will ask for the invite. Show them and just follow the hallway, take a right, and go up the staircase.
