Not only that, but HitGod47 posted a video of Dalia and Victor under a chandelier. Before the chandelier even dropped, ultimately crushing them, there was a "body found" notification because Victor was about to see Dahlia die a split second before dying himself. That is a massively broken system, IMO.
NPC is obvious if you have minimap on, it will show you as compromised or hunted or combat. Even when escorted out of tresspassing area, you are still considered spotted. Killing or knocking out NPC that spotted you does not remove the spotted status.
Cameras, a short description text will appear on your screen right side as you are being recorded. Destroying evidence does not remove the being spotted status, only necessary if you are doing escalation contracts that requires you to destroy evidence to escape.
Do you not know what detection means? It's a stealth run.
