How to unlock lethal poison (cyanide)

Dalia gives it to you and that is the only way I found to get it. How do I unlock it so I can take it with me on a mission?

Nah, you can just go and grab them if you want them.

Future content/episods might unlock poison as part of its mastery.

For now, only mastery unlocked items are carried over.

Those random stuff you find on the map, you have to find them again in order to use it.

Damn it I hate this mechanic... In previous games you could unlock new items just by bringing them with you towards the mission exit... I hope they will make it same as before

One of the challenges is to fatally poison Viktor. Does that mean I have to use that poison vial from Dalia's room, or the syringe from the mission loadout? I was expecting a lethal poison vial to unlock ( I just got the sedative version. ) as the challenge icon shows Viktor at the bar...

Poison his Bare Knuckle Boxer Cocktail, he dies right infront of everyone and its a sloppy assassination but awards you the Challenge.

Thanks. I tried to use the lethal syringe (from the planning menu) but I guess only the vial from Dalia works when poisoning his beverage. Off to try that now...
