Club 27's "Tick Took" opportunity failure.

Hey forum,
I noticed that in the 2016 game and in the Hitman 2 DLC Tick Took opportunity fails INSTANTLY. I see "Key intel was lost" message seconds into the Club 27 mission start. This issue does not recur in Hitman 3 from 2021.

I know the steps to this opportunity to be filled but it will not be marked as done unless it doesn't fail at the very start.

Does anyone have a fix for this or can they explain what is going on at least???
