yeah, that map is amazing and routes of characters too, if you just pass 1 hour doing noting and using instinc you will notice that they are going to move a lot around the map. you can also try to make some trouble around to change the way they interact with their routes

1 hr waiting? Thats not quite believable. But the thing with the confession sounds right. Maybe after talking to him disguised as the doctor without killing him he may go to the church to confess or deliver the flowers to the grave he may confess.

There are similiar trigger to change the targets routes like play music - activate lift - ring bell and Caruso will flee to his airplane in the cave.

For the "Get what you wished for" it could be connected to Francesca. Maybe giving her the safe content and after that wake up the detective that they meet outside she could pass by the well.

i had to go dinner while was playing and i did not pause ( not intentional ) when i came back after 40 minutes i was sitting on the starting position i saw most of the npc was totally out of position, i enjoyed doing a couple of opportunities cause was pretty different to achieve cause of that

For both these create a contract.
Get what you wish for: Throw a coin near well mark the target that goes to investigate and push in.
The bells are ringing: This one mark the vicar who sits at table at the bottom of tower.
To complete these you must first create the contract and then play them.
When creating contract you do not have to kill them in the specific way just choose option to kiil anyway at the setup
