It's not that hard to walk in and increase the temperature either. He seemed set on the dongle, though.

Yeah, good luck with that going suit-only in the lab. Might be able to spike her water bottle if you're careful, or kill a few people and take her out without raising a fuss, but I doubt it.

It is - easily. As is going in the container room with the suit, turning on the ventilation and getting out.
