What's the missing achievement?

I've done:
Freeform Training: 13/13
The Final Test: 12/12, 12/12, 3/3
Einarsson Inception: 5/5 Levels
The Snorrason Ascension: 5/5 Levels

I'm missing 1 achievement. How do I fix this?

There's one remaining challenge shared between both Escalation missions, which is 'Escalating the Situation', which says I have to 'complete 10 escalations'.

Didn't I just do that, by completing the 5 levels for both the Einarsson Inception and the Snorrason Ascension?

There's 12 Assassination, 12 Discovery, 19 Feats for ICA Facility - looking in Career in main menu, tried looking there?

By this, do you mean complete 5 Escalations (10*5=50) across the various episodes (Paris, Bangkok, ...), or the immediate one–e.g. Einarsson Inception–5 items?

He means you have to complete all the 5 levels of 10 different escalations, dosen't matter the map. --- but to just be safe, do the ones at Paris.

So let me get this clear...I might be repeating you here.
It MUST be 10 DIFFERENT escalations and NOT the same 1 over n over? Also, I had no clue Paris had so darn many different escalation missions.

Yes, you understood it correctly. It's been so long though, I can't tell the current standing of the game regarding this.
