Server Down

Is anybody else having server connection issues? I've tried searching but I'm unable to find any information that they are down.

I've clicked offline and it goes to the main screen. I've not actually played the game offline, do you suggest playing the game and seeing if I can then connect to the servers?

I just finished a two hour sessions, no problems what so ever here...

Well I suggest you start Hitman after switching Steam to offline mode. Let me know what happens.

I've tried that and it said that it was unable to connect to the Hitman service. Steam Validation failed. Please restart Steam & retry.

I reconnected to Steam and retried but it still won't connect.

Sounds obvious but you might want to verify the integrity of the game cache. When did this occur initially ?

I should've mentioned that I already did that. I've also rebooted my computer and router. I tried to connect last night and just thought that they were updating things as they seem to do from time to time. However I've not been able to connect ever since, as you can see above people are able to connect.

Well, I have become clueless honestly. Similar issue is to happen randomly on several devices and it seems that there is no solution. Actually I think it happened to me once I was too away from my wifi and that made it hard for the game to reach. But your problems looks a little more complicated though.

Thanks for your help anyway. I'm going to reinstall the game and see if that does anything

If you own the full experience pack and didn't connect for a while, it probably is the bonus content update size.
