the picture of the challenge shows the wrong area. An area where you can do a special kill but not that one. Makes it really hard to find it on your own I think.

It shows an area of the school, that is true. But well, when i found the bottles shown on the picture, I thought of another kill. That could also have something to do with dancing. Like in western movies someone shooting on the ground infront of somebody and says: dance or something like that.

So did I and I am still thinking that the picture is missleading. Yes, there are changes in that area, too after triggering the event. But the kill and the things you have to do happen elsewhere. every dissmissed soldier will go in the backyard as the target itself.
