General's food delivery?

After wandering around the school and listening to the General's dialog, I eventually got an intel notification that the general ordered some sort of Lamb dish from a vendor at the bazaar, and he is expecting someone to deliver it to him (Which would be an opportunity to poison him)

But I've been wandering around the market for about 20 minutes now and haven't found it, does anyone know where it is?

hum interesting, it's good that the game drops these nice little hints in conversations.
Werid though that this isn't in the challenge list, perhaps for the best, since it leaves stuffs to be completely discovered by ourselves.

It probably just falls under the generic "Tasteless, Traceless" challenge.

Though it does give you an entry under "Intel", so I know it has some sort of relevance to an opportunity.

Okay, I found out:

The plate of food is in a storefront in the alley directly east of the protest crowd, you need to poison it.

Just west of the Shiska Den, there's a small alley with a truck parked in it, behind the truck is a sleeping waiter.

Turn on the radio near him, and he will wake up, freak out that he dozed off, and deliver the food.

yep thats the one... unfortunately there is no assassination challenge for it, i think IOI missed that 1.. maybe will be added in the next update.

The guy is hard to miss. Once you wake him, just follow him until he picks up the plate. Then restart and go to the plate. Easiest way to kill the general, though it takes some time. That's probably why there's no challenge for it.

Yeah that's the problem... cauz I didn't find out where the sleeping waiter is... I followed your instruction and move to the east of the protesting crowds and didn't spot the 'alley'.
