"Floor It" Achievement
Anybody know where to get the keys for the car? I'm assuming you escape in that car in the consulate parking lot in order to unlock this.

From the front desk/reception table (main door of the consulate building), go right and walk straight into the 1st room. It's on the table, near a laptop.
