What is the diffrence between ICA19 And ICA silverballers?

You can do precise silent (head)shots from far away with ICA Silverballer as description icons on image indicates.

ICA19 is simply silent and only usable in close range for best results.

I'm not sure if the 19 is subsonic off the top of my head. Subsonic weapons are quiteter, but do reduced damage. They have special icons with each weapon to show the modifications.
