Silent Assassin Rating bug is frustrating

I cannot get the achievement "Silent assassin Suit Only" on Showstopper mission and I am frustrated to the point where I don't event play the game. I have easily spent 5-6 hours trying to achieve this since the game was released.

Here's what I do generally, maybe you can spot what I am doing wrong:

First I spawn on main entrance, pick up the auction invitation on the WC, then I go to the fashion dressing room, activate the Diorama, knock out the bodyguard and hide him on the box. Then I wait for the target to pass in the corridor to kill him without beeing noticed, drag him in the same box as his bodyguard.

Then I move upstairs to the auction, sneak in the targets WC on the top floorthrough the window, turn on the radio to knock out the first guard. As the target enters the room with the other guy for discussion, I throw a coin in the room, while the target moves to pick it up, I knock out the black guy and kill her. I drag both of them in the closet.

As I leave through the main entrance, I only get 4 stars, even though I killed both targets and nobody else and hid all the bodys. I didn't get spotted, no target was alerted before dying.
I saved and reloaded the game several time while doing this, but this should not break the achievement right?

Reading your approach, I don't see what is going wrong. In the Rating section, you should be getting five sets of 20,000 points, and 0 points against 'Non-Target Kill Penalty'. Against what exactly do you NOT get the 20,000 points?

Originally I had a BIG problem of being spotted by a security camera on my way to the targets on each run I was trying. Maybe that's what's happening here?

It should show on your score why you didn't get the SA rating. Did you get the "never spotted" bonus?

I did it very similar to you except I started in the auction room. She has a short conversation with 47, they you can go sneak into her bathroom and hide in the closet. She comes into the bathroom for a phone call, you can take her out without even having to worry about the guards.

Then I went down the stairs, hid behind the diorama, took out the bodyguard and then Viktor just like you did.

I thought this was a pretty easy SA/SO ... unlike Bangkok. Geez, that one's a bear.

Thank you very much guys, the first video tutorial worked fine for me. Apparently I didn't get the "never spotted" points, even though I am never compromised. It must be some weird AI bug

"Never spotted" also applies to security cameras. Unless you delete the security footage, avoid being spotted by those cameras, or shoot those cameras beforehand... you won't get the Silent Assassin rating.
