Sniper Rifle location in Sapienza map ?

How do I get / find the sniper rifle ? Accomplish certain side missions etc ??

Have you never looked at the mastery unlocks? Or the challenge rewards?

Im not sure if you are stupid or just trolling but you need to unlock "Location Mastery's" first to get new Outfits,Weapons,Safehouses etc etc
