...You have to kill the other targets first then get in to the house. At that point the 3D machine becomes available and you can get a mask made up.

It's available from the very start, it only gets a marker once you've killed the targets and reached the door.

No: I tried it but I never saw it available when I was in the house before killing everybody else. I mean I went in the room before killing the other and it would not let me activate the machine.
