In the Directors office you can find a unknown keycard. You take the keycard and go to the morgue. On the right side of the door where they keep the heart is a display on the wall. Look, your basicly revealing something that others didnt know about but might have really liked to find out without reading about it first. Ive tried this several times. I didnt know about it in this episode so I had a minor fangirl scream when I saw it. Judging from the previous times I've read spoilers about things I didnt know, I can tell on my self, that I enjoy it more if i didnt know about it and was about to discover it. Why I stayed away from Fallout 4 forums for 2 weeks when the game came out.
