What can't I do if I want to get Silent Assassin?

For example, if I knock out someone, will I fail to get Silent Assassin?
And do I need to make target kills look like accidents, or can I just kill them any way I want?

knocking out various people is ok, just be sure u had not been recorded on camera or destroy evidence and of course prevent body founds, and dont be spotted i mean dont get notification u are suspicious or trespassing .. killing is i think ok in any form as long as nobody see you killing someone directly, when u sniping someone kill him and run away from that place because guards will come check shooter

You can only kill the targets and hide every body. Knocking out other people is ok as long as their bodies are hidden.

Okay, thanks that's more options than I expected... but what about accident kills? I could release the winch to make the lights fall on the target, that's an okay way to kill him, right? As long as nobody else dies

also poisen counts as silent assasin even if body was found

for target yes

also in silent assasin the killing does matter you need to make sure that NO body was found
thats why there is sniper assasin so you can do the misson later with sniper

also im not sure about accidents i think it does matter as body must be hidden but im not sure

well, I guess I should have killed him after I destroyed the virus... now I'll have to do that again if I don't get silent assassin :D

the virus can be solved in its own why like i dont know if you have explored the city yet but if you do the morge thing and get the laptop dongle its easyer like if i do silent assasin i am mostly going to use all the rat poisen that i know there is and also a garrot

At least we'll know if it matters or not...

Target bodies can be found if they're accident kills; things like being pushed off of a balcony or poisoned food.

As the first poster said - make sure to not be spotted by cameras and if you are, erase the evidence. Other than that: hide bodies, don't get spotted and kill only the targets.

I did it.... I wanted to lure Francesca into the empty room while she was looking for the safe combination, but she sent her guard, so I decided to just "screw it" and run out into the other room, and quickly killed and hid Franny before the guard came back... and then he just went back to guarding the room, like nothing ever happened. He is truly dedicated to his job. I can respect that.

And the weird thing is, I can't recall at all how I killed the other guy... I did it like 2 hours ago... am I going crazy? I really can't, I've been thinking about it for a while, but I just can't remember... it worries me a lot!

Unfortunately, I couldn't find the dongle girl (maybe some other time!), so I just went in the cave, and tried to sneak into the virus room.... it didn't work out well. So I hate to admit it, but I looked up how you can do that part. And guess what, all you need to do is to shoot the stalactite above the virus! I didn't even know what the word stalactite meant a few hours ago, and now I have became a wiser man, all thanks to Agent 47!

And I finally achieved my life goal... and I got a whole lot of nothing for that... well, at least it was fun. But it certainly seems like the guard patrols are set up so you can easily slip past them. Could have been a bit more difficult, so you would be forced to get a bit more creative... next up, silent assassin without any items, except the fiber wire, and no knocking out NPCs... is that even possible?

You don't even need to shoot the stalactite above the virus, you can just shoot the virus sample itself and sneak off to the exit before it really becomes busy.
