Need help with Prank Call

Trying to do this challenge in Markesh.

I've done a contract to electrocute 3 guys with phones. I disable them with the screwdriver and wait and complete the mission. I've done it twice, meaning I've killed 6 targets all up. The challenge asks for 5. I have enough but it won't unlock.

Do you have to do all 5 in one contract or something?

If you'd have to kill the same target/s over and over again, then the challenge description would say that.

I thought it would carry over though. It has for other challenges.

This contract I was doing even said to do it multiple tiems until you get the challenge complete. It just doesn't seem to be working for me.
